Recently involved in an accident?

When an auto accident occurs, police departments utilize a system called a rotation tow program to systematically clear the roadway. This program replaces historic, unsafe competitive practices with a strict, fair, and organized schedule. Police dispatch will contact the company currently sitting at the "top" of the rotation list. Upon arrival, the tow operator essentially functions as an extension of the first responder team. Operators must wait for explicit police authorization before hooking up a car because moving a vehicle early can destroy critical evidence needed for crash reconstruction. The vehicle is then towed directly to the dispatched company's pre-approved storage facility.

Secure Fencing: These lots must be fully fenced and secure to protect the vehicle and any personal property remaining inside from theft or element damage.

Investigative Holds: If the vehicle is tied to a major crime or fatal accident requiring strict chain-of-custody tracking, it may instead be transported directly to a secured government/county impound yard.

Release and Fees: Daily storage fees start accumulating immediately. The company is required by law to provide itemized invoices, and allow owners to inspect or retrieve their vehicle during designated business hours. Owners may retrieve their vehicles outside of business hours for a $65 gate fee. Fees are set and regulated by the respective police departments.
